Coverage
- Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- This includes issues such as loose stones (not due to damage), faulty clasps or closures, or structural defects present from the time of creation.
- The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original owner, provided the jewelry has been used under normal conditions and cared for appropriately.
Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
- Loss or theft of the jewelry or any of its components is not covered.

Warranty Process

- Resolution: Our expert jewelers will inspect the item. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace the item. This process typically takes 7-10 business days from receipt of the item.
