At Labelle, we understand that achieving the perfect fit is essential for your comfort and enjoyment of our finely crafted rings. Our customer-centric approach ensures that your resizing needs are handled with expertise and a commitment to quality. Most of our rings can be expertly resized by our skilled jewelers to ensure they fit you flawlessly. We strive to make this process seamless, so you can wear your cherished piece with confidence and pride.
Our Resizing Policy
Free First Resize
We are pleased to offer your first ring resize free of charge within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the ring must be in its original, unworn condition. This complimentary service is part of our commitment to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Eligible Rings
Most standard rings, including those made from 18k gold, can be resized.
Simple bands and rings with settings that allow for adjustment are generally eligible.
Complex designs, such as eternity bands with stones all around the circumference, may have limitations or may not be resizable. We will advise you on a case-by-case basis.
Resizing Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at labelleantwerp@gmail.com to initiate the resizing process.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Resizing Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions, including a pre-paid shipping label for the first free resize.
- Send Your Ring: Securely package your ring and send it to us using the provided label.
- Expert Resizing: Our skilled jewelers will carefully resize your ring. Expect completion within 7-10 business days from receipt.
Cost for Additional Resizes
Should you require further resizes after the initial complimentary one, a fee will apply. Fees for subsequent resizes start at a reasonable rate, typically from €50, depending on the ring's material, complexity, and the extent of resizing needed. We will provide a quote before proceeding with any chargeable resize.
Non-Resizable Rings
Some rings, due to their intricate design, specific materials, or full-circle stone settings (like some eternity bands), cannot be resized without compromising their integrity or appearance. If your ring is deemed non-resizable, we will discuss alternative solutions with you, which may include an exchange (if applicable and within the returns period) or a quote for remaking the ring in the correct size.
