"We initially had a very good customer experience when buying the engagement ring a year ago. However, when we contacted him again to get our wedding bands a few months ago, the experience became a nightmare. We received little to no replies, and he told us he didn’t have the measurements of the custom ring he made for us, which is very hard to understand. All we asked for was clarity. Each question required waiting nearly three weeks for an answer, and when we finally called, he said we were “calling too often” but that was simply because we weren’t getting any responses... Whenever we asked about timelines, we either received no answer or were made to feel guilty, with comments like “you just need to wait.” What’s even more frustrating is that he had already agreed to make the ring. If it wasn’t possible, he should have simply refused from the beginning instead of wasting our time, we gave the due date at a very early stage of the cnversation and he agreed to make it. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We decided not to continue and gave up on ordering our wedding bands from him. We will get a temporary solution for our wedding in April and then find another jeweler. I honestly feel like he may just be a reseller who has 0 control of production timelines, and that's ok ! He should have just said that, not putting the blame on us for asking many questions, which could explain why he cannot provide clear answers and seems dependent on others. Very disappointing, especially for such an important and special occasion. I would not recommend taking the risk. For proof, please see the attached photos. This is only our latest exchange. the earlier responses were already significantly delayed , unclear and unreliable. Honestly, I should have stopped much earlier.... From the very beginning, we were asking about two models and their prices. He replied weeks later without even providing the prices, and instead asked if we had decided on a model ( there were only 2 ) when that’s exactly what we were trying to do. How can we decide without knowing the price."

The staff and specially Sebastian was very patient and lovely enough to show me all type of wedding rings i was looking for.
