STEP 01
Initial Consultation & Design Inspiration
Your journey begins with a personal jewellery consultation, either in our Antwerp atelier or virtually online. We take the time to listen to your ideas, inspirations, and preferences, helping you translate your vision into a clear design concept. Whether you arrive with a specific idea or are looking for expert guidance, our jewellery specialists are here to advise, inspire, and guide you through the first step of creating a custom-made piece.
STEP 02
Stone Selection & 3D Modelling
We guide you through selecting the perfect ethically sourced lab-grown diamond or gemstone, based on your preferences, budget, and design goals. Once your stone is chosen, our designers create detailed 3D CAD models of your ring. These 3D renderings allow you to visualise the ring from every angle and make any refinements or adjustments before the crafting process begins, ensuring the final design feels exactly right.
STEP 03
Wax Mould & Casting
Using the approved 3D CAD model, a precise wax replica of your ring is created. This wax model is then used to form a casting mould, a traditional step in fine jewellery production. We then cast your ring using 100% recycled 18k gold, which is carefully melted and poured into the mould to create the solid foundation of your ring. This process ensures exceptional quality, durability, and sustainability at its core.
STEP 04
Setting & Polishing
Our master goldsmiths meticulously clean, refine, and prepare the cast ring. The selected diamonds or gemstones are set entirely by hand, a delicate process that requires exceptional skill and precision. After the stones are securely set, the ring undergoes multiple stages of professional polishing to achieve a radiant, mirror-like lustre.
STEP 05
Final Quality Check & Packaging
Every Labelle piece undergoes rigorous final quality control checks to ensure it meets our exacting standards of craftsmanship, durability, and beauty. Once approved, your ring is carefully packaged in our signature Labelle box, ready to be cherished for a lifetime.
